The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team. As a Trader, you will be responsible for developing market-beating trading strategies, conducting thorough market research, and executing trades across various financial instruments in accordance with these established strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Your responsibilities will extend to comprehensive risk management of your portfolio and desk, ensuring the preservation of capital and sustainable, consistent returns. Beyond daily trading activities, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of our trading infrastructure and setup, leveraging your expertise to improve efficiency and optimize execution.Your commitment to refining our trading processes and introducing novel strategies will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced world of trading.

Requirements:

Academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics
Proven experience as an options trader with a successful track record
In-depth understanding of volatility trading, market making and risk management
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and options trading strategies
Desire to work in a team environment
